Who we are

Aqar Xpert is a real-estate brokerage in Egypt, part of the Real Xperts group, with its office in Al Rehab, New Cairo. This policy covers this website and the contact that comes from it.

The website itself does not collect data from you

There is no form on this site. There is no name, phone or email field to fill in here, and no account to create. All contact happens on WhatsApp, and only when you start it.

• Server logs: like any site on the internet, our server records request data — the connecting network address, the browser type, the page opened and the time. This is for operation and security, and we do not use it to identify anyone in particular.
• Browser storage: if someone from the team clicks “Team sign-in”, we remember that device for 45 days to save them the step next time. That value is written on their own device, is cleared when they click “Keep me on the site”, and an ordinary visitor never reaches it.
• There is no third-party tracking or advertising tool on this site as of the date above. If we add a measurement tool later, we will say so here.

What reaches us when you message us on WhatsApp

When you send us a message, what reaches us is what you sent: your name and number, and your requirement — unit type, area, budget and any details you want to give. You may also send photos or documents, if you choose to.

What we use it for

We do not sell your data, we do not rent it, and we do not use it for anyone else’s advertising.

• To reply to you and shortlist units that match your requirement.
• To arrange a viewing and follow up with you afterwards.
• To complete a sale or a rental if we get to that step.
• To improve our work: to understand what requests come in and adjust the units we present.

Who can see it

Your negotiation details and your prices stay between you and us. We do not pass them to another client.

• The Aqar Xpert team — each person sees only what their work needs.
• Technical service providers we use to run our systems, hosting and messaging. They handle the data on our behalf and only for that purpose.
• Any official authority where there is a legal obligation in Egypt.

Google account data in our internal work tools

We run internal automation on the company’s own Google accounts, to organise work files, appointments and internal mail. That automation has nothing to do with website visitors, and it does not reach any client’s Google account.

Aqar Xpert’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use that data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use it for any purpose other than running our own internal operations.

How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry data while the dealing is active, and after that for as long as we need it for legal and accounting obligations. When you ask us to delete it, we delete what we are not legally required to keep.

Security

Access to data is limited to those whose work needs it, under a named account, and anything sent to this site travels over an encrypted connection. That said, no system on the internet is fully secure, so if a breach affects your data we will tell you.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• Tell you what data we hold about you.
• Correct anything that is wrong.
• Delete your data.
• Stop contacting you.

Send the request on WhatsApp from the same number you message us from and we will get back to you. Egypt’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020 governs these rights.

Children

Our services are for adults. We do not deal with anyone under 18 and do not knowingly collect their data.

Links to other sites

This site links to our pages on social networks and to our own work system. Any site beyond that has its own policy, and we are not responsible for it.

If we change this policy

If something changes, we will update this page and change the date above. That date is the reference for the version in force.
