This site is for reference — it is not a binding offer

What is written on this site describes our services, the areas we work in and the types of unit we handle. No prices and no listed units appear on this site, and nothing here constitutes an offer or a commitment to sell or to let.

Prices and availability change frequently. Any figure given in conversation describes the position at that time, and becomes binding only when it is written into an agreement signed by the parties.

We are a broker — not the agent of any developer

Aqar Xpert acts as a real-estate broker. We are not the official agent of any developer and do not claim to be, and we are not a party to the contract between seller and buyer beyond our brokerage role.

Any information about a unit or a project originates with the owner or the developer. We verify what we can, but your own viewing and your own review of the documents is a step with no substitute before you commit.

Brokerage relationship and commission

The brokerage relationship, its terms and the commission are set out in a separate written agreement. Using this site, or simply messaging us, creates no financial obligation on you.

What is on you

• Give us accurate information about your requirement, and about the unit if you are the seller.
• Review the documents and the property yourself — or with a lawyer or a valuer if you wish — before signing anything.
• Do not use the site for any unlawful purpose, and do not attempt to disrupt it or to scrape its content.

Content and ownership

The Aqar Xpert name and logo, and the text and design of this site, belong to the company. You are welcome to read it and to share it by link; you may not copy it or republish it as your own without written permission.

Limits of liability

We work to keep the information here correct and current, but we do not warrant that the site is free of error or that it runs without interruption.

The decision to buy, sell or rent is yours. Nothing on this site is investment, legal or tax advice.

If we change these terms

We may amend these terms. The version in force is the one on this page, under the date above.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Egyptian law, and the Egyptian courts have jurisdiction.
